Final Inspection

With the exception of a couple of minor seasonal deficiencies this project is at completion. Final inspections were completed by the City of Kelowna and the mortgage company.

At Hartley Homes our objective is to eliminate frustration and make the entire building process easy, joyful and rewarding, we do this by using a system of best practices and controls to deliver the look and function exactly as promised. We also believe in transparent costing of the home,our builder’s fees show as a separate line item on the invoice, no hidden charges. We invoice our clients weekly and they pay exactly what we pay, all trade discounts earned by Hartley Homes are passed directly to the homeowner with proof of the supplier’s invoice and visual confirmation of work in progress for every project.
